Get In Shape! Jitterbuggin' Entry

I'm entering this card into the Jitterbuggin' Challenge 'Get in Shape!'

I made this card using the Wild Card Cricut Cartridge. I cut it out at 5 inches, and I cut the solid circle out at 3 inches, and used an expired cut from SVGCuts.com (flower bouquet) for the middle. I stitched around the edges with a black Sakura Gelly Roll Pen, and outlined the flowers and the bow with a pink Sakura, as well.

Hope you like it!

Challenge Me Monday #48

This is the other 'Enjoy' card that I made for the ATC Swap, I'm entering it into the Fantabulous Cricut Challenge Blog's (FCCB) Challenge Me Monday.

This time I used the Argyle embossing folder, instead of the Swiss Dots. I sanded it as well. Also, instead of using an SVG flower, I used the flower from Plantin' Schoolbook. I just cut the flowers out 1/4 of an inch shorter then the first one....Meaning I cut the first flower out at 2 1/4", then the second out at 2", then 1 3/4....and so on....I do this with this flower all the time, but this is the first time that I layered it the way it is. I didn't expect it to look so nice!

The tag came with the paper pack (ColorBok 8.5x11 Earth Tone from WalMart).

Enjoy Card

I'm participating in and ATC Swap on the SVGCuts.com Forum and I'm making enjoy cards for the people I'm sending my ATC's to. This is one of those cards.

I just cut several layers of paper for this 5x5 card, and I embossed one of the layers with Swiss Dots. I sanded the embossing, and the edges of some of the layers. I cut the flower using SCAL, and added a cute little gem to the middle. The tag came with the paper stack and I stamped enjoy. Hope you like it!

My Favorite Season

I made this card using a pre-made 5x7 card. I used the Elmer's Craft Bond flexible duel tip glue pen, I glued the three back ground pieces of card stock to the card. I would not recommend this glue AT ALL! It's definitely not as good as the Scotch Quick Dry Adhesive! It gives the paper a wrinkled look and it doesn't dry quickly.

Then using the Stretch Your Imagination Cart. I cut out the tree and the leaves. I used, what I like to call, Pop Dots on the tree to make it stand out a bit. I added a little dimension to the tree with a brown Sakura Gelly Roll pen. Using colored pencils, I added a little shading to some of the leaves. And using SCAL, I cut out the fence (SVGCuts.com) and the moon (not sure where I got this one), and you can't see it in the picture, but the moon has two pieces. It's cut out with the same paper though, and the flash ruined the effect that you get from looking at it in person. I used a white Sakura Gelly Roll pen to add the stars.

I really like this card, I can't wait to use it!
